England"s defender is keen to try and win over new Chelsea manager Sarri despite No playing time this season - The Daily Telegraph
The Daily Telegraph is reporting that the England defender is keen to try and win over new manager Sarri despite his lack of playing time so far this season.
The same report says that Cahill is keen to remain at Stamford Bridge despite not being included in the matchday squads for Chelsea FC’s opening three Premier League games of the season.
Cahill was once again omitted by Sarri as the Blues claimed a 2-1 win over Newcastle United in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
His lack of playing time has inevitably prompted suggestions that he could leave Chelsea FC on a temporary or permanent deal before the European transfer window closes at the end of the month.
However, the report says that Cahill is ready to try and fight his way back into contention for a spot in the team before the January transfer window opens next year.
Chelsea FC has made a solid start to the new campaign and has won all three of their Premier League games so far this season to leave them level on points with early leaders Liverpool FC.
